External partners

A number of researchers support the DELTA project as external partners. These include colleagues with research experience in river deltas (David Anderson, Casper Bruun Jensen, Peter Loovers, Atsuro Morita, Mark Nuttall, Florian Stammler, Robert Wishart) and in coastal areas (Owain Jones, Werner Krauß). Other partners are regional experts on environmental anthropology in the circumpolar north (Susan Crate, Hannu Heikkinen, Tim Ingold, Peter Schweitzer), in Latin America (Mark Harris, Hugh Raffles), in Asia (Ben Campbell, Peter Finke) and in Africa (Michael Bollig), as well as a philosopher (Jens Soentgen) and an anthropologist (Veronica Strang), working on relations between humans and waters.
